The team worked closely with me to overcome every obstacle placed in our way which included permit issues, prompting re-engineering design conflicts, and concurrently juggling numerous subcontractors to avoid losing momentum or causing delays. Our weekly meetings were key to anticipating problems and generally resulted in action plans which solved the issue. This project concluded with an excellent finished product which is now operating successfully.
