The value of our preconstruction services is well known, in fact over 50% of our annual revenues are derived from clients who take advantage of these services. The most successful projects are produced when proper conceptual budgeting, planning, aggressive value engineering, in-depth product analysis, and organized design review take place during the early stages of any project.
KIER’s project management department offers expertise and a wealth of experience that has contributed to a rich history of satisfied clients. Our project managers are involved with the day-to-day events and communicate effectively with the entire project development team— ensuring that the project maintains the established schedule and budget and that all information flows smoothly. A comprehensive monthly report is provided to our clients in an effort to effectively communicate the status of their project.
Our commitment to encourage global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices assures clients that expectations regarding any level of LEED certification can be a part of the array of services provided by KIER Construction. We have also completed several projects under the Energy Star certification program. KIER was instrumental in selecting products and scope in order to meet the strict Energy Star guidelines.
