Project Manager

Project Manager

The Project Manager leads all phases of construction, overseeing teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Responsibilities include managing personnel, CPM schedules, forecasting, subcontractor selection, and project closeout while coordinating with owners, designers, and city officials to ensure success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in large multi-unit or commercial construction
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and CPM scheduling skills
  • Degree in Construction Management preferred; proficiency in Procore and MS Project a plus
Superintendent

Superintendent

The Superintendent oversees all on-site construction to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Key duties include coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining site organization, and reporting progress to project managers and clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of construction experience with strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety requirements
Project Engineer

Project Engineer

The Project Engineer supports all phases of construction from preconstruction to closeout, handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and project documentation. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure effective communication and project success.

Qualifications:

  • Degree (or pursuit) in Construction Management required; 2+ years of construction experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Procore and MS Project
