We welcome new subcontractors to submit bid proposals for our projects. To ensure your bid is considered during the evaluation process, you must complete our prequalification. We have Partnered with COMPASS to streamline this process; however, your qualification status will be determined internally.
(There is no fee for prequalifying exclusively with KIER Construction. If you choose to share your prequalification information
with other general contractors via COMPASS, an annual subscription fee applies).
