New subcontractors are welcome to submit bids for our projects. However, for Kier to consider bid proposals during the bid evaluation process, completion of our prequalification is required. If your company is not currently prequalified with us, you will receive a prequalification request via COMPASS. Please note: Material Suppliers, Testing, Surveying, Construction/Final Cleaning, and Temporary Facilities are exempt from the prequalification requirement. We encourage you to start the prequalification process as soon as possible to ensure a smooth evaluation of your bid.
