From the beginning or our relationship, Kier Construction was proactive and responsive. Their project managers and site supervisors were very good at communicating both with us as owners and with our engineers and architects. We never had to guess about the stage of the project or the progress being made. Regular coordination meetings were brief and effective. As a general contractor, they held all of their subcontractors to high quality standards and delivered an excellent finished product. The onsite staff was personable and willing to adapt as the needs of the project evolved. They were invaluable in keeping the project on schedule even when it meant becoming extremely flexible on their part to allow outside contractors onto the site before their appointed time.
