Today, we celebrated the grand opening of Jasper at Millcreek in Moab, Utah! This marks KIER’s fifth housing project in Moab, and we’re proud to continue building in a community we’ve come to know well over the years.

Developed by Cantor Partners and designed by Carpenter Stringham Architects, the first phase includes 66 workforce housing units across four buildings, including a clubhouse. These apartments will provide additional housing options for the people who work in Moab and contribute to the local community.

Our work in Moab continues to grow. In June 2025, we completed Skyline Arch at Arroyo Crossing, another housing development serving the local community. Just next door to Jasper at Millcreek, construction is underway on The Cooperative 1581, with completion anticipated in spring 2027. Each project has strengthened our familiarity with the area and allowed us to build lasting relationships with local partners and subcontractors.

Seeing Jasper at Millcreek reach this milestone is especially rewarding knowing the impact it will have on the people who call Moab home. We’re grateful to Cantor Partners and Carpenter Stringham Architects for their partnership and to our KIER team and subcontractors for the hard work and care they’ve put into bringing this project to life.
