KIER Construction is excited to announce a new project in the growing southern Utah market — The Jasper at Millcreek Apartments, a 61,845-square-foot workforce housing development designed to provide quality, attainable housing for the local community.

Phase One of the project will fill the west half of the property and includes four buildings: a clubhouse with a 4-plex on the upper level, two 24-plexes, and one 12-plex. Together, these buildings will bring a variety of comfortable and functional living spaces designed to meet the needs of today’s workforce residents.

The Jasper at Millcreek represents another step forward in KIER’s ongoing commitment to building communities that support growth, opportunity, and connection. We’re proud to play a part in delivering much-needed housing that helps strengthen southern Utah’s expanding neighborhoods.
