KIER Construction was proud to join Lowe Property Group and the Sugar House community for the Grand Unveiling of Sugar Alley Residences—a full-day celebration in the heart of Sugar House. The event welcomed neighbors, partners, and friends to experience the new mixed-use development through art, music, and design inspired by the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.

Guests enjoyed live performances, local vendors, and wellness-inspired activities that showcased the creative energy that makes Sugar House unique. As the evening set in, the celebration continued with great food, music, and performances that brought the elements to life in a fun and memorable way.

We’re honored to have played a part in bringing this project to completion and to see the vision for Sugar Alley come together. Events like this remind us how meaningful it is to build spaces that bring people together.
