We’re proud to celebrate the completion of the Weber State University Occupational Therapy Pathways Building, a project made possible through strong collaboration with Weber State University and VCBO Architecture.
Delivered at the end of 2025, this 4,243-square-foot facility was completed by the KIER team in just under 12 months—an achievement that reflects thoughtful planning, efficient execution, and a shared commitment to quality. Every phase of the project was driven by a clear vision: to create a space that meaningfully supports the next generation of occupational therapy professionals.
The building has been carefully designed as a residential-style classroom environment, allowing students to engage in hands-on, experiential learning that mirrors real-world settings. This approach helps bridge the gap between academic instruction and practical application, equipping students with the skills and confidence they’ll need in their future careers.
More than just a new facility, the Pathways Building represents an investment in student success and community impact. By providing an immersive learning environment, Weber State University is continuing to strengthen its occupational therapy program and expand opportunities for students to thrive.
The facility will welcome its first cohort of students in Fall 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for both the University and its students.
We extend our sincere congratulations and thanks to everyone who contributed to bringing this impactful learning space to life. Projects like this highlight what’s possible when vision, partnership, and craftsmanship come together.
