Exciting progress is taking place in Moab as the Skyline Arch Apartments at Arroyo Crossing move toward completion. Landscaping is now in place, and the final details are being refined as the project reaches its finishing stages. The Certificate of Substantial Completion has been filed — marking a significant milestone for the entire team.
Developed by the Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah, Skyline Arch is a 32-unit multifamily community located on Bonnie’s Way at Arroyo Crossing. The development features a mix of townhomes and apartments, all designed to provide affordable rental housing based on annual income levels.
Unit sizes range from one to four bedrooms, creating flexible living options for individuals and families. The project also includes dedicated units for victims of domestic violence, persons experiencing homelessness, and individuals with disabilities, ensuring that the community meets a broad range of needs and provides meaningful housing opportunities for those who need them most.
Set against Moab’s stunning red rock backdrop, Skyline Arch Apartments embody the balance of thoughtful design and community impact. KIER Construction is proud to partner with the Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah on this important project and looks forward to seeing the new residents make Skyline Arch their home.
