Award-Winning Excellence at The Residences at Sugar Alley

Some projects you’re proud to build—and some stay with you long after the final punch list is complete. The Residences at Sugar Alley is firmly in that second category.

This winter, our team had the honor of celebrating Sugar Alley at two meaningful industry events. At the Utah Construction + Design Awards breakfast, the project was recognized as Most Outstanding Project (Multi-family). We were also proud to attend the AGC Awards breakfast, where Sugar Alley was named AGC Multifamily Project of the Year—a moment that underscored the collective effort and excellence behind this work.

These awards are meaningful not just because of the recognition, but because of what they represent: the resilience, dedication, and teamwork that brought this project to life.

Awards often celebrate the final product—craftsmanship, design, and finished spaces. But this recognition also highlights everything it took to get here: leadership, problem-solving, long hours, coordination, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

We’re grateful for the collaboration and support from Lowe Property Group, whose commitment helped guide the project forward with purpose. We’re also proud to recognize MVE+ Partners, whose thoughtful design and attention to detail helped shape a community that feels elevated and intentional. And of course, none of this would be possible without the subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and field teams whose expertise and hard work show up in every detail.

These honors belong to all of them. We’re grateful to be recognized—but even more grateful for the people who made it possible. To everyone who played a role in building The Residences at Sugar Alley: thank you. This project will always stand as a testament to resilience, teamwork, and doing things the right way.
