We’re grateful to Utah Construction & Design Magazine for featuring The Residences at Sugar Alley in their October/November issue. This recognition means a great deal to everyone involved, as the project represents not only exceptional craftsmanship, but also an incredible story of resilience, teamwork, and shared commitment.

What started as an extraordinary setback in 2022—when a fire destroyed all prior progress—quickly became a defining moment for the entire project team. Instead of slowing momentum, the loss strengthened our sense of purpose. It brought our partners, designers, subcontractors, and construction teams together with a renewed determination to rebuild something even better than before.

The UC&D article highlights this exact spirit. It recognizes the dedication of our on-site team, the trust and collaboration of Lowe Property Group, the thoughtful design work of MVE + Partners, Inc., and the collective effort of every subcontractor who contributed their expertise throughout the rebuild. Together, we brought Sugar Alley back to life—this time with upgraded amenities, elevated finishes, and a reimagined design that reflects the strength and creativity of everyone involved.
