Project Overview
KIER Construction, Summit Housing and Salt Lake City officials broke ground in April of 2015 for a new Ball Park located kitty-corner from Smith’s Ball Park, home of the Salt Lake Bees.
Summit Housing’s long anticipated Ball Park Apartments are now complete. This 6-story, 62-unit senior housing development is a “dinger” for this historic neighborhood that was in dire need of revitalization. Five floors of one- and two-bedroom apartments stand tall above a 33-stall parking garage.
Because the super tight site left little room for an outfield, residents have been treated to a roof-top garden and a deck garden over a portion of the parking garage.
