Project Overview

This 24 unit senior housing apartment was originally established in 1906 as “Our Lady of Lourdes Academy.” A few renovations later, Kier Construction was selected to give the building a $1.3 million extreme home make over. Today, residents enjoy their completely renovated apartments which include new floors, paint, windows, cabinets, energy conscious appliances, heaters, plumbing, and electrical. Outside amenities include new siding, updated front and back entries, stamped EIFS, landscaping and a garden area.
