Project Overview
Located on South Main Street in Salt Lake City, Palmer Court was developed into a wonderful facility which will allow families and individuals to emerge from homelessness. Developed and managed by The Road Home, the facility was named after former Salt Lake City Mayor, Palmer DePaulis, who continues to be instrumental in a county-wide effort to develop affordable housing options for the homeless.
The building, which was formerly a large Holiday Inn, has been converted to a 201 unit facility comprised of fully furnished studio, one and two bedroom affordable housing apartments equipped with kitchens and bathrooms. Common areas include an exercise room, two libraries, computer rooms, game rooms, large foyer and seven laundry rooms. The outdoor areas features a playground, and two basketball courts.
