This unique project is the rehabilitation of the historical “Second & Second” building in downtown Salt Lake City. The interior scope consists of approximately 16,500 square feet of Type VA construction and 46 residential units. The commercial space located on the ground floor is not included in this rehabilitation. Partial occupancy will be maintained during construction.
