The Hunter Hollow community consists of Three buildings (6 units) are single story buildings and seven buildings (14 units) are two story buildings. The single-story buildings contain 2-bedroom 1 bath units, and the two-story buildings contain three-bedroom 1.5 bath units. Each unit has an attached carport providing 2 covered parking stalls per unit. Each unit is provided a separate fully enclosed and secure storage area attached to the exterior of the unit.

Our KIER team moved on site at the end of April to give the community a completely updated look. Two of the two-bedroom units will be combined to add one more ADA unit to the mix. KIER will wrap this renovation up in the fall of 2021.
