KIER Construction orchestrated the interior remodel of 70 apartments within the Haven on Highland apartment community on Highland Drive. All units were unoccupied during construction. Work included demolition of interior walls and flooring, demo of finishes, framing of new walls, new doors, new finishes, updates to MEP systems, installation of new appliances, and more.  The scope of work included two buildings with 35 units in each building.
