The Silos Building 2 is a single use project consisting of 5 levels of Type IIIA construction over 3 levels of Type IA construction with a total unit count of 275 units.  This project features over 198,947 SF of residential, 1,161 SF of retail, 11,846 SF of Amenities and 150,195 SF of above grade parking.

The project is named for the grain silos on the area’s north end, near 500 South, which will be preserved as part of the project.
