The Residences at Sugar Alley adds 193 luxurious living spaces to downtown Sugarhouse. This building consists of five residential stories over three levels of parking and retail. The Residences at Sugar Alley won the 2025 Most Outstanding Project award in the highly coveted Multi-Family category for Utah Construction and Design’s annual competition. The Residences at Sugar Alley also took top honors in the Associated General Contractors (AGC) 2025 competition for Multi-Family Project of the Year.
