KIER Construction completed Liberty Center, a 120-unit apartment community by Cowboy Partners located on Center Street in downtown Provo. Designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, the project wrapped around a secure four-story parking garage, requiring careful coordination of street closures and traffic flow.
During excavation, contaminated soils from an old fuel tank were discovered, prompting state oversight and extensive soil and water removal before deeper footings could be placed. Despite these challenges, the team maintained progress and delivered a high-quality building.
Liberty Center offers one- and two-bedroom apartments with modern finishes, a fitness center, clubhouse, rooftop deck, and fiber internet—right in the heart of Utah Valley.
