Falcons Landing is the first major affordable housing development in Mountain Home in over two decades. This new community brings 60 units to this small Idaho town with a median income recorded at $53,108 per year. Developer, LEAP Housing, has focused on creating an inclusive environment that serves the diverse needs of Mountain Home’s residents. The project consists of two, three-story buildings at 28,568 square-feet each, and a separate 2,655 square-foot clubhouse building. Each building is comprised of 15 – 3-bedroom units and 15 – 2-bedroom units.
