Bookbinder Studios is a micro-apartment community located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The project’s name pays homage to the city’s first bookbinder, whose shop once occupied the site. Brick from the original structure was salvaged and incorporated into the lobby, where a commemorative plaque shares the property’s history. The development includes a two-level parking garage, five stories of residential units, and a landscaped courtyard featuring BBQ areas, fire pits, and shared gathering spaces for residents and visitors.
