Project Overview
The new Cornell Street Apartments consist of two separate five story buildings with 73 units in each. There are a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. A percentage of the units will be constructed as IBC Type “A” units which are totally accessible. The first level of the buildings contain housing units that front on the street with an enclosed parking garage behind. The buildings are designed as podium type structures.
