Project Overview
Artesian Springs is a brand new 244 unit luxury community located in Millcreek, Utah. This vibrant, transit oriented development is Parley’s Partners, latest triumph in their takeover of the blighted Murray Laundry site. The Murray Laundry was a large scale, industrial laundry facility which operated for approximately 50 years and was abandoned in 1977. It was part of the once thriving Fireclay area located between State and Main at approximately 4200 South. After years of neglect, the 200-acre site is getting an extreme makeover.
After completing the 307 unit Birkhill on Main Apartments for Parley’s Partners, KIER Construction packed their tools and moved 100 yards to the north to begin Artesian Springs. This new community is loaded with amenities including a fitness center, business center, basketball court, picnic tables, fire pit, tot lots, luxurious pool and cabana, hot tub, 4 level parking garage and clubhouse. This Enterprise Green community is close to all UTA modes of public transportation.
The iconic Murray Laundry Tower is still standing tall above the site and is also undergoing a complete transformation.
Think Architecture created the design for this unique and lively community.
