KIER Construction was awarded the 20,000-square-foot Orem Library Hall project in Orem, Utah—an indoor performing arts venue featuring stadium seating, a warming kitchen, administration offices, and welcoming common areas. Groundbreaking took place on May 14, 2019, and the project was successfully completed in March 2021.
