Phase I of the Utah Onion project consists of an 18,000 square foot pre-engineered warehouse. Phase II is comprised of a 10,000 square foot metal framed administration building and a 58,000 square foot pre-engineered warehouse and packaging plant with automated conveying docks for shipping and receiving.
