Situated between two of northern Utah’s premier ski resorts, Wolfcreek Resort is comprised of 64 condominium units. All associated streets and site improvements, as well as an 8,000 square-foot check-in/sales building and separate laundry facility are also a part of this project. Remaining sensitive to the needs of the shareowners in the existing buildings at the resort is a constant priority, and the project was phased to accommodate these concerns.
