Wyndham Resorts teamed with Kier Construction to construct Phase II of the Spring Mountain Ranch Resort in McCall, Idaho. This phase consisted of thirty-six units, thirty-two of which are 2 bedroom vacation units. The other four units are 2,000 square-feet. high-end Presidential Suites, featuring two spacious master suites. Kier utilized our design-build capabilities to undertake this high elevation winter resort.
