Kier Construction Corporation was awarded the 16,430 square-foot shell finish for the Greenbrier Professional Plaza in 2008. The scope of work included construction of the two story clerestory shell, site work, landscaping and paving. Interior finishes included the entry, lobby, staircase lobby restrooms and elevator.
