The KeyBank Sugarhouse project entailed the complete renovation of the existing space while the branch remained fully operational. Work was competed in the evenings and included the relocation of teller lines and office space, the removal of asbestos in the flooring, new finishes and floor coverings and the installation of new bollards in the drive-up teller lanes.
