KeyBank City Creek Key Towers

Project Overview

KeyBank City Creek was a 1,733 sq ft tenant improvement located in the KeyBank Tower in downtown Salt Lake City. The project included new teller lines, flooring and renovation of the front entrance.In conjunction with the tenant improvement project on the main level, KIER Construction also renovated the KeyBank Corporate Office located on the 11th floor of the same building. This renovation took place while the office remained fully operational, and included the demolition and building of new walls, fire wall partitions and mechanical work.
