Project Overview

This 13,709 square foot facility was designed by EMA Architects of Salt Lake City, and was constructed in ten months.  BECCU had been operating out of their current location since 1980 when membership levels hovered in the 700’s.  Since that time BECCU has experienced tremendous growth.  Now with a membership of over 11,000 a new facility was desperately needed.  The management team at BECCU saw it necessary to invest in their future and this magnificent structure was born. Having the new corporate offices completed provides the Credit Union with a plethora of benefits for both membership and staff.  The building features executive offices, conference and training rooms, and private consultation offices for added personal attention.  Member services will also be enhanced through quick and efficient queuing.
