KIER Construction is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Herriman Fire Station #103 project—our seventh fire station and our second project with Unified Fire Authority.

Scheduled to begin construction in September 2025 and reach completion by October 2026, this new facility will enhance emergency response capabilities and serve as a vital resource for the growing Herriman community.

The project was designed by AJC Architects, a firm we’ve had the pleasure of working with on many occasions. Their thoughtful design approach and strong collaboration make them a great partner, and we’re looking forward to teaming up again.

We’ve loved working with Unified Fire in the past and are honored to do so again. Their dedication to serving Utah communities inspires us, and we’re proud to help build another facility that supports their important mission.

We can’t wait to get started on this project and see it come to life over the next year.
