INTRODUCING Davis Behavioral Health – Timberwood Creek Housing

KIER Construction is proud to announce the start of Davis Behavioral Health – Timberwood Creek Housing, a meaningful project focused on providing stable, supportive housing for individuals in Davis County.

Phase One of this new community features a 50,593-square-foot permanent supportive housing building with 60 single-occupant units. The apartments are designed to offer affordable, long-term housing options for Davis Behavioral Health clientele, helping residents build a foundation for wellness and stability.

The project also includes a variety of site improvements that enhance livability and accessibility, such as a new private road, off-street parking, bench seating, a sport court, pedestrian and bicycle racks, and secure storage areas. Together, these features create a welcoming, functional environment where residents can live, connect, and thrive.

KIER Construction is honored to partner on a project that supports such an important mission. The Timberwood Creek community reflects our continued commitment to building spaces that strengthen lives and uplift communities.
