KIER CONSTRUCTION 2025: A YEAR IN REVIEW

Building Momentum Across the West

As we close out 2025, we’re proud to reflect on a year defined by growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact across the communities we serve. From multifamily housing to community-focused facilities, this year reinforced what’s possible when strong partnerships and experienced teams come together.

By the Numbers

In 2025, KIER Construction completed projects across 16 cities, delivering more than 1,087,801 square feet of new construction and 1,038 residential units throughout Utah and Idaho. Each project represented not just a building, but a step forward for the people and communities who use them every day.

Highlights from the Year

This year’s work included several projects that stand out for their impact and resilience. Residences at Sugar Alley, an award-winning multifamily project, rose from the ashes to become a renewed cornerstone of its community. At the Ogden–Hinckley Airport, strategic expansion and improvements enhanced both functionality and user experience, supporting continued regional growth. The CHOICE Learning Center provided a purpose-built environment dedicated to education and opportunity, while The Salvation Army’s Silvercrest Apartments, delivered much-needed housing for low-income senior citizens. At New City Plaza, KIER helped create a supportive home for 299 elderly, disabled, and low-income residents—reinforcing our commitment to building projects that serve people first.

From Salt Lake City and Ogden to Moab, Eden, Twin Falls, and beyond, each project reflected our commitment to quality construction, thoughtful execution, and long-term value.

Building with Purpose

What stands out most from 2025 isn’t just the volume of work completed—it’s the purpose behind it. Many of this year’s projects support housing access, education, economic development, and essential community services. We’re grateful to our clients, trade partners, and team members who made that work possible.

Looking Ahead

As we turn the page to 2026, we do so with momentum and optimism. Thank you to everyone who trusted KIER Construction to help bring their vision to life this year. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to build spaces that make a lasting difference.

Happy New Year from all of us at KIER Construction.
