At KIER, we are committed to supporting our community in meaningful ways. Each year, our team comes together through our Giving Tree tradition to provide for individuals and families in need.

This year, our Giving Tree supported two remarkable women who were each facing unexpected challenges. Erica, a devoted mother and community leader, has been navigating a serious health diagnosis while continuing to be a source of strength and encouragement to those around her. Sharon, a hardworking welder, was recovering from an accident that left her unable to work, all while she and her partner continued caring for others—even as they faced growing medical bills and everyday expenses.

Thanks to the generosity of our employees and community, we were able to help ease some of their burdens during the holiday season. We are deeply grateful for every contribution, as your support made a meaningful difference in their lives.
