Qualified candidates must have 2 – 5 years of experience in construction and excellent leadership, organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Procore and Excel a plus.
Job Description
* Assist the project team in directing subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction. Interact with and promote teamwork with owner, architect, engineers, city officials, inspectors, safety officials, subcontractors and other Kier personnel. Work with building inspectors, environmental authorities and health and safety authorities to ensure all relevant rules, regulations, laws, and requirements are met or exceeded.
Enforce safety regulations. Assist in scheduling subcontractors to ensure timely completion. Constant review and inspection of materials and workmanship throughout the project to ensure compliance with specifications and adherence to construction schedules. Perform project walk through daily inspecting for quality of work, cleanliness, and safety issues.
Management of punch lists, ensuring that items are completed correctly and in a timely manner. Manage the project close out. Ability to work in a high paced environment.
