Introducing The Cooperative 1881 Apartments – Phase 1, a new mixed-use residential development coming to Salt Lake City’s rapidly evolving North Temple corridor.

Located at 1881 North West Temple, the project will deliver 199 residential units within a 170,654-square-foot development. The building will include five stories of residential units above one level of structured parking and two levels of mixed-use commercial space, contributing to the continued growth and activation of the corridor.

Developed by 22 Communities and designed by 22 Design Lab, The Cooperative 1881 is part of a broader vision to deliver thoughtfully designed, community-oriented housing across Utah. Building on the momentum of The Cooperative 1581 in Moab, this project brings that same approach to an urban Salt Lake City setting.
