BONNEVILLE & FREMONT TEEN CENTERS

September, 2024

Institutional

4,804 sq ft

This project consisted of two 2,402-square-foot interior remodels within the teen centers at Bonneville High School and Fremont High School. The scope of work included comprehensive tenant improvements such as selective demolition, upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP), as well as new framing, drywall, finishes, glazing, doors, and custom millwork.

Beyond the physical transformation, this project was rooted in purpose. These teen centers are designed to serve as a safe and supportive haven for students—a place where they can access essential resources and feel a sense of belonging.

Within these spaces, students have the opportunity to shower, do laundry, access the internet, and receive academic support. More importantly, they can connect with caring adults and find a welcoming, judgment-free environment where they are seen, supported, and valued.

We are proud to contribute to spaces that go beyond function—creating environments that foster dignity, stability, and opportunity for the next generation.
