This project involves the construction of a new 11,440 SF fire station in Herriman, Utah. The scope includes firefighter living quarters, kitchen, sleeping rooms, exercise room, day room, laundry room, and bathrooms.

Support Spaces include a decontamination and laundry room, medical room, storage areas, and additional bathrooms.

There is a two-level training area designed for skill development and drills, an apparatus Bay, dedicated space for housing emergency response vehicles and equipment.
