KIER Construction is proud to be part of the ongoing development at Silo Park Apartments, with Building 3 now taking shape as a key component of this transformative mixed-use community at the entrance to Salt Lake City.
Building 3 is a 219-unit, seven-story multifamily project featuring five stories of Type III construction built over two stories of Type I podium construction, including one level of subterranean parking. The design reflects a balance of density, functionality, and urban appeal, contributing to Salt Lake City’s growing need for high-quality residential housing.
This building is part of a larger master-planned development that will ultimately include 739 multifamily units, over 80,000 square feet of retail and flexible commercial space, a one-third-acre urban park, and a boutique hotel. Together, these elements will create a vibrant, connected environment where residents can live, work, and engage within a single, thoughtfully designed community.
