Project Overview
This exciting project represents Utah’s first multi-family affordable housing community to be built under the LEED for Homes Guidelines. It was the first HUD 202 development to be LEED certified in our six state region. The project features Energy Star building standards and appliances that significantly lower monthly utility expenses. Recycled and green materials have been incorporated in the design to create a building which is a good environmental citizen.
The 3-story design consists of 61 apartments for seniors.
