Project Overview
Mountain View Suites Phase II was completed in May of 2013. This project consists of 20 one-bedroom apartments for persons over the age of 62 and/or persons with disabilities.
Tenants pay only 30% of their adjusted income for monthly rent. Due to the high demand for elderly and disabled housing, this facility provides affordable housing but is also within walking distance of most services.
