Discovery Place

Project Overview

Discovery Place is an affordable housing facility for individuals with developmental disabilities. The 15-unit independent housing apartment building and 6-unit assisted living group home are nestled across the street from one another at the north end of Brigham City.

This special project was the dream of Kim Datwyler, Executive Director of Neighborhood Non Profit Housing Corporation. Kim turned to Kier Construction Corporation not only for our building know-how, but also for our in-house expertise in the acquisition of funding for nonprofit affordable housing projects. Add to that tried and true recipe, Architect Harold Woodruff, who consistently delivers a product unmatched in the affordable housing industry, and you have a “make the dream come true team.”
