Project Overview
Daniels Crossing is a 20-unit senior housing apartment complex in Vernal, Utah. This new, affordable development offers rental assistance for seniors, along with energy-saving amenities that keep other costs of living to a minimum. The project was developed by Uintah Basin Assistance Council, designed by Harold Woodruff and built by KIER. The Vernal community played a major role by donating the land, architectural engineering, furniture, materials and other supplies.
Heather Hoyt of the UBAC stated, “We could not be more pleased with our experience. Harold Woodruff is the best in the business. He designed a beautiful and elegant project, after which KIER knocked it out of the ball park! KIER was outstanding to work with.
