Project Overview
Jerry Burnett Apartments is a 25 unit multi-family property which consists of 4 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom and 3 three-bedroom units divided between five buildings. This property is assisting Utah by providing affordable housing to low, very low and extremely low income families.
Each apartment received new central air, flooring, paint, interior doors, furnaces, water heaters, window coverings, lighting fixtures, appliances and cabinetry. Amenities provided for resident use include: laundry room, individual tenant storage, bike rack, tot lot, community/computer room with TV and internet access. The exterior of the building was refurbished with replacement of roof, windows, entry doors, painting, Hardy board, brick cleaning, and new signage.
