Project Overview
The KIER remodeling machine began construction on the 30 unit Gracehill Apartments mid-September with a December 31st deadline. It was all systems go to finish the job in three and a half months. Gracehill received a brand new look inside and out. The elevator was updated and the residents are now enjoying a vibrant community room that includes an accessible kitchen, craft area and exercise room.
