Project Overview
Just over a decade ago KIER Construction teamed up with Big-D Construction to create a fabulous resort on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip for Wyndham Vacation Resorts. It is a Mediterranean style oasis on the outer edge of the pulsating light, theme park casinos, and “what happens in Vegas…” activities that have made the strip so popular.
Recently KIER and Big-D, a.k.a. KD Construction, reunited to build the Hardware Apartments; two new high end urban towers that delivered 451 living spaces to the block at 400 West and North Temple in Salt Lake City. This new community is situated just north of Salt Lake’s historic Hardware Building. SALT Development and KBS are the owners of this exciting new environment. Their goal was to create harmony between the iconic Hardware Building and the new Hardware Village towers.
The west Hardware tower is comprised of 265-units, and the east tower offers an additional 186-units. These seven-story buildings wrap around various level parking structures with a podium parking garage under the east tower. A sky deck loaded with amenities is the icing for this luxurious apartment community.
The experts at Architectural Nexus have provided the design that is comparable to a five star, world class resort.
