Skyline Arch at Arroyo Crossing

Project Overview

Developed by the Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah, Skyline Arch is slated to be a 32-unit multifamily development located on Bonnie’s Way at Arroyo Crossing. All of the units, a mixture of townhomes and apartments, will be rental, and affordable based on annual income level. Unit sizes at Skyline Arch range from 1-4 bedrooms and include special set-aside units for victims of domestic violence, persons experiencing homelessness, and persons with disabilities.
